Shipping & Returns

Our products are custom made and personalized so they are not
returnable. However, we aim for customer satisfaction. If you have any issue with your product please contact info@wowzacase.com and we will provide a reasonable resolution. If there is general wear and tear on a product we do not guarantee that it will be replaced. Excessive rubbing against other surfaces (like keys or coins) may cause your product to be damaged or scratched. We do not provide a refund or exchange for pure change of mind on product that has been personalized.

To keep your WOWZACASE clean simply use a slightly damp cloth or lens and screen cleaning wipe. Excessive rubbing against other surfaces may cause your product to be damaged or scratched. For monogram deep cleaning use a dab of Flitz (or similar) polish cleaner on slight damp soft lint free cloth and gently wipe then dry with dry soft lint free cloth.
